Fees and costs
Fees are the costs you pay to buy, sell or hold an investment: broker, fund management, taxes and spread.
They seem small, but they add up: those who trade a lot or choose expensive products can lose a significant part of their return. Before investing it's always worth knowing the total cost, including the annual fund management fee.
